Dr. Roland Borsdorff, LL.M. studied at the universities of Bonn and Passau.

He holds an LL.M degree from the Northwestern University in Chicago. Roland received a Ph.D. in International Corporate Law. He was admitted to the German bar in 2008 and passed the course for specialist tax lawyers. Before joining Jung & Schleicher, he worked for six years for international law firms in Hamburg and Berlin.

Roland advises national and international clients on all aspects of corporate and real estate law. He specialized on real estate and corporate transactions as well as on structuring joint ventures. He also advises on finance and project developments. Apart from extensive experience on advising companies on business law matters Roland has a deep understanding of the real estate sector, in particular of special properties such as offices, hotels and data centres.

Roland is fluent in German and English.
