Dr Carsten Hormann studied law at the universities of Hannover and Passau. Before becoming a German solicitor, he spent many years in public administration and in the private real estate industry. After years with prestigious law firms, Carsten Hormann finished his doctoral thesis on building and public procurement law in 2007 and joined Jung & Schleicher subsequentley in 2008. Carsten Hormann has special expertise in all fields of building and real estate law, including all kinds of leases. Furthermore, Carsten Hormann also advises on corporate law and capital market issues, including their real estate context.
