Dr Holger Lerche studied law at the universities of Heidelberg and Münster while simultaneously establishing his own wholesale company for apparel. During his legal traineeship he worked for international law firms in Düsseldorf and New York. After finishing his legal education, he became the personal assistant of the head of the Liberal Party′s group in the state parliament of North Rhine-Westphalia. He received his doctoral degree analysing the perspectives for the development of a European Civil Code. Holger Lerche worked several years for a law firm which specializes in insolvency law and restructuring proceedings before he joined Jung & Schleicher. He advises national and international clients on all aspects of real estate and commercial law. He is experienced in the fields of insolvency law and financing securities. Holger Lerche focuses on real estate and corporate transactions by using his own entrepreneurial background to achieve not only legal, but also economic success.
