LAWYERS
Dr Franz Rottländer studied law at the University of Bonn. After the first state examination, he worked at the Energy Law Institute of the University of Cologne and received his doctoral degree with a thesis on energy taxation. Franz Rottländer has been admitted as a German solicitor since 1998 and gained extensive practical experience working for international groups. For several years, he was member of the executive board of a major stock corporation in which he was head of the human resources and legal department and very successfully implemented various restructuring measures. Franz Rottländer is experienced in all aspects of negotiating and closing national and international corporate transactions. Furthermore, he focuses on collective as well as individual employment law and general commercial law. Franz Rottländer speaks German and English. Expertise:
