	LAWYERS Dr Bettina Schleicher studied law and economics at the Universities of Berlin and Bayreuth where she also received her doctoral degree. She worked for the German Central Bank and successfully built up the offices of a major German law firm in Düsseldorf and Berlin. In 2001 she founded Jung & Schleicher together with Dr Mathias Jung. Bettina Schleicher specializes in banking law and capital markets. Furthermore, her expertise covers insurance supervisory law as well as the comprehensive representation and restructuring of closed-end real estate funds. Bettina Schleicher has been lecturing on banking law since 1997 and is the author of numerous publications, including the practitioner′s handbook on financial markets together with Mathias Jung. She has a reputation in the market for excellent and committed legal advice, thorough litigation and solution oriented negotiations of settlement agreements.
