Dr. Dominik Schneider specialises in advice on national and cross-border real estate and share deal transactions, as well as in joint ventures with focus on corporate and financing aspects.

He has more than 15 years of experience advising national and international clients, primarily in the real estate, hotel and nursing home sectors, in the legal due diligence as well as negotiation and drafting of contracts. In addition, he provides clients, including renowned international hotel groups, ongoing support in internal corporate matters (corporate housekeeping).
