Dr Mathias Jung specialises in complex national and international real estate transactions with a focus on share deals and structuring of transactions as well as on hotel agreements (lease, management and franchise agreements). He is a founding partner of Jung & Schleicher and has represented renowned international listed companies and family offices for over 20 years in the structuring and  negotiation of their investments and acquisitions. Due to his experience encompassing a successfully accompanied transaction volume of more than 15 billion euros in the commercial, hotel and residential real estate sector, Dr Mathias Jung is a valued advisor to our clients even above and beyond purely legal issues.
