Dr Roland Borsdorff has been advising on real estate and corporate law for over 10 years.

He has extensive experience in the acquisition and sale of real estate (single property and portfolio transactions) and M&A transactions with special experience in cross-border transactions. He also advises on joint ventures and in the field of asset management.

Dr Roland Borsdorff advises mostly investors, portfolio managers as well as companies in the hotel and real estate sectors.
