Philipp Kluß specialises in advising institutional investors on all aspects of real estate. His consulting focus is on property transactions and includes both the acquisition and sale of individual properties as well as real estate portfolios. He has many years of experience in legal due diligence and structuring of contracts. Corporate law is a further focus of his work.
