Sebastian Hantelmann specializes in advice on national and cross-border acquisitions and real estate transactions as well as on acquisition and real estate financing.

He has more than 15 years of experience representing national and international clients, primarily in the real estate and hotel sectors, in the review of contracts, due diligence as well as structuring, negotiating and closing of contracts. Clients particularly appreciate his solution-oriented and intercultural negotiation skills.
